San
Diego Outdoor Painting Classes
Advanced
Level ~ En Plein Air Painting
These Outdoor Advanced Level Painting classes offer fine oil painting
instruction in scenic outdoor locations throughout San Diego ~ a different
vista each week. This is Concetta's favorite process and source of
most of her beautiful gallery works. You'll learn everything from
which necessary art supplies to color mixing, composition and the
fundamental techniques needed to create a painting in one session
while painting en plein air!
Advanced Level Outdoor Painting Classes:
Requires five (5) Beginning Level or Intermediate Level workshops
to be completed as a prerequisite.
* All intermediate level workshops meet once a week for five consecutive
weeks, totaling 17.5 hours of instruction.
* Maximum student enrollment of 10.
* Learn Impressionist techniques to paint trees, water, rock and sky.
* Capture light and shadow; fundamentals of composition and design.
* Techniques for creating atmosphere, color theory, values, edges,
and simplification of shapes ~ interpreting the essence what you see!

MAKE
YOUR MASTERPIECE...
“I
want to let you know how much I appreciated the class last night.
Wow,
it was liberating. It broke some huge barriers I have about
painting on my
own. Can't thank you enough. I woke up wanting to paint. Somehow,
you
strike just the right balance between guidance, push and freedom.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !”

“I
will be visiting family... a cottage on a beautiful, small pond.
The water, trees and reflections are gorgeous. This is the first
time that I'll attempt to paint in my most favorite place on
the planet. The courage comes from my work with you. Whether
the paintings are any good is secondary to the personal growth
I'm experiencing ~ on so many levels. I can't thank you enough!”
